The Sew N Place, Chambersburg, PA

















I usually shop for fabrics at this quaint place called "The Sew n Place" run by father and son team, Bob and Michael in Chambersburg. They carried varieties of sewing machines and quilting machines and all kind of gadgets needed for any projects imaginable. Their staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Classes for beginners and seasoned sewers and quilters are always available; conducted by experience teachers.

American Sewing Guild (ASG) Members received a 15% discounts for fabrics. They have a wide selections of Moda, Marcus Brothers and other fabulous fabric brands.

The meadow



I finally learned how to use the zig-zag stitches on my old Brother sewing machine, it resulted in 60' x 17' table runner with 30 flowers and leaves. It takes me two weeks to applique the flowers and leaves and another week to hand quilt it.
