The Country House Rules

This quilt was machine pieced and machine quilted by Debbie Brug, titled Country House Rules.
This is my favorite, the letters are nicely centered with sunflowers framing the quotes.

My daughter said, this piece is especially delicious with the watermelon aorund it .

It has 20 blocks outlining the "rules" with catchy phrases. Just A fantastic work!

Kitty says Meow

The Catnip it is called by Jan Hirneisen, she made this for her granddaughter. One of the best as per my humble opinion at the Chambersburg Quilt Guild, quilt show this year. The cat appliques are so cute! Jan also uses varieties buttons; in shapes and colors, to enhance the playfulness of this quilt. Again the color selections are so simple, yet enticing for the little and big girls alike.

Beautiful Ladies of Leisure....

I am not sure the title of this fine work of art by Jacqueline Clark; from the picture it looks like a portrait on a canvas.

I especially love the head gears of the subjects, their earrings, hands waving while dancing underneath the greens of nature.

My interpretation, the celebration of friends and their friendship. I can't see a better tribute.

Chambersburg Quilt Guild, Quilt Show

This is one of the quilts that taken my eyes. The flower appliques and the crochet white roses on the four boarders of the quilt are neatly stitched onto the fabric, making it one of a kind work of art.

Titled "Tea Shop", by Chris Mieczkowski; the simplicity of the color selection, (by no means easy for the quilter to make.) resulted in a brilliant outcome, makes its soothing to the eyes.
