I started making hot pads when my husband was stationed at NASWI in Washington. These are made from old denims, hand applique and hand quilted. Size 6 by 6 which is enough to rest your big tea pot or a sizeable coffee mug.

I sold the hot pads at the local farmers' market via the PTA booth from my children's school.
